Need a Mentor?

If you're incarcerated and you want to become a participant in the Jericho Commission mentor program, you need to be recommended by your chaplain, parole officer, or minister. If you have this recommendation, complete an Aftercare application  in its entirety and submit it to our administrative office. The address is on the bottom of the application.
