How can your church help?

The Jericho Commission seeks churches who will partner with us in our re-entry ministry assisting participants successfully return to their home community.  We also assist in their  search for an acceptable church home.  This is done through Church Care Teams.

What is a Church Care Team?

Church Care Team members are compassionate individuals willing to provide accountability for mentors who work with participants. The care team leaders have several functions--liason between mentors and pastoral staff, encourages an accepting church atmosphere for participants, report to Jericho Commission on mentoring progress, lastly, encourage and pray for participants, mentors and the ministry.  Churches who establish Church Care Teams also financially support the ministry.

There are other churches who do not have the resources to provide Care Teams but support the ministry through prayer and regular monthly support.
